  • Instructions
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss well to guarantee that all the sprouts are evenly coated.
  • Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, cut side down for maximum caramelization.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and crispy on the edges. Toss them halfway through to guarantee even roasting.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
  • For best results, make sure your Brussels sprouts are evenly sized to guarantee they cook at the same rate. You can also experiment with different herbs or spices to customize the flavor to your liking.
  • Finally, feel free to add a drizzle of balsamic glaze or a sprinkle of nuts for added texture and flavor before serving. Enjoy your perfectly roasted Brussels sprouts!
