Cooking Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking and guarantee easy removal of the brownies once baked.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients, including the strawberry cake mix, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients, which include melted unsalted butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Fold in any additional ingredients such as white chocolate chips, semisweet chocolate, and fresh or freeze-dried strawberries.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-22 minutes for the cake mix method or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once baked, remove the brownies from the oven and allow them to cool completely on a wire rack.
While the brownies cool, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk or cream, and freeze-dried strawberries until smooth. Combineing these ingredients creates a delicious glaze that enhances the flavor of the brownies.
Once the brownies are cool, drizzle the glaze over the top and let it set before slicing into squares.
Optionally, top with fresh strawberries or melted dark chocolate for an added touch.
