STRAWBERRY BROWNIES

  • - Vanilla extract
  • - White chocolate chips or bars optional
  • - Semisweet chocolate optional
  • - Freeze-dried strawberries optional
  • - Fresh strawberries optional
  • - Dark chocolate chips or chunks optional
  • - Oat flour optional
  • - Baking powder
  • - Salt
  • - Powdered sugar for glaze
  • - Milk or cream for glaze
  • - Cream cheese for glaze
  • - Strawberry jam for glaze

  • Cooking Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking and guarantee easy removal of the brownies once baked.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients, including the strawberry cake mix, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients, which include melted unsalted butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Fold in any additional ingredients such as white chocolate chips, semisweet chocolate, and fresh or freeze-dried strawberries.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-22 minutes for the cake mix method or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Once baked, remove the brownies from the oven and allow them to cool completely on a wire rack.
  • While the brownies cool, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk or cream, and freeze-dried strawberries until smooth. Combineing these ingredients creates a delicious glaze that enhances the flavor of the brownies.
  • Once the brownies are cool, drizzle the glaze over the top and let it set before slicing into squares.
  • Optionally, top with fresh strawberries or melted dark chocolate for an added touch.
