Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well blended.
Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they're well coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. This will help retain the juices for a more tender bite.
