  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 lemons juice and zest
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well blended.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they're well coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
  • Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. This will help retain the juices for a more tender bite.
