QUICK CHICKEN RECIPES

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • - 1 pound chicken breast thinly sliced
  • - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce optional
  • - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • - 1 bell pepper sliced
  • - 1 cup broccoli florets
  • - 1 carrot julienned
  • - 2 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • - Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  • Cooking Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, combine the sliced chicken with soy sauce and oyster sauce. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger, stirring quickly to avoid burning. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables and toss everything together to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • Serve the chicken stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles, and enjoy your quick and delicious meal!
  • For an extra touch, consider garnishing your stir-fry with sesame seeds or chopped green onions before serving.
  • Additionally, if you prefer a spicier kick, you can add chili flakes or a splash of sriracha to the sauce.
