PUMPKIN FLUFF

  • - 8 oz. or 16 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • - 1 to 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • - Optional: mini marshmallows brown sugar, cinnamon, chopped nuts

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the canned pumpkin, instant vanilla pudding mix, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until well blended and smooth.
  • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping. Mix until the ingredients are fully combined and the mixture is creamy.
  • If desired, add any optional ingredients such as mini marshmallows or brown sugar for extra sweetness and texture. Stir until evenly distributed.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill the pumpkin fluff in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. This will help the flavors meld together and improve the texture. Refrigeration is required for the best taste.
  • Serve the chilled Pumpkin Fluff with apple slices, graham crackers, gingersnap cookies, or vanilla wafers. Enjoy!
