Ingredients

  • Ingredients
  • - 12-15 Graham Cracker Sheets
  • - 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • - 1 cup Brown Sugar light or dark

  • - 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Cooking Instructions
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • Arrange the graham cracker sheets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter and brown sugar together, stirring constantly until fully combined.
  • Stir in the pecan halves and vanilla extract into the melted butter and sugar mixture.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, maintaining the boil for 2-3 minutes, until slightly thickened.
  • Carefully pour the hot pecan and sugar mixture evenly over the arranged graham crackers.
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the caramel topping is bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the bark to cool completely at room temperature on the baking sheet.
  • Once cooled, break the bark into smaller pieces for serving.
  • For the best results, be sure to keep an eye on the sugar mixture as it boils to prevent it from burning. You can also experiment with variations, such as using cinnamon graham crackers or adding a sprinkle of sea salt over the top before baking for an extra flavor boost. Enjoy your Pecan Praline Pie Bark as a sweet snack or a delightful dessert!
