  • Once the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is clear, remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the vanilla bean paste or extract to infuse the syrup with flavor.
  • Allow the syrup to cool for a few minutes at room temperature. Once cooled, transfer the syrup into a glass container for storage.
  • Store the syrup in the refrigerator, where it can last for up to one month. When ready to use, simply add the desired amount to your latte or other beverages for a sweet touch.
