Ingredients
  

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Dippers graham crackers, apple slices, pretzels, etc.

  • INSTRUCTIONS:
  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the canned pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice to the bowl. Mix on medium speed until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
  • Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to make sure everything is evenly mixed.
  • Once the dip is fully combined, transfer it to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve the chilled dip with your choice of dippers and enjoy!
  • EXTRA TIPS:
  • For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg on top of the dip before serving. This not only enhances the presentation but also adds to the warm, autumnal aroma.
  • Additionally, feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar according to your taste preferences. This dip can also be made a day in advance; just store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve.
