Cooking Instructions:
Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they're golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Lower the heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Allow the cream to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
If the sauce is too thick, you can add a splash of chicken broth or water to reach your desired consistency.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over the top.
Let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the chicken to soak in the flavors.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Pair with your favorite sides and enjoy!
