  • - 1 cup heavy cream
  • - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • - Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

  • Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they're golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  • Lower the heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Allow the cream to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
  • If the sauce is too thick, you can add a splash of chicken broth or water to reach your desired consistency.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over the top.
  • Let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the chicken to soak in the flavors.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
  • Pair with your favorite sides and enjoy!
