  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Allow the mixture to simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens slightly.
  • Reduce the heat to low and gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the noodles in the creamy sauce.
  • If the sauce is too thick, add some reserved pasta water to reach your desired consistency.
  • Serve the pasta hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
