CHICKEN BROCCOLI MUSHROOMS RECIPES

Ingredients
  

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups cubed chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese divided
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Non-stick spray

Instructions
 

  • INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
  • Spread the cubed chicken evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top the chicken with the broccoli florets, sliced mushrooms, and chopped onions.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half of the shredded cheese until well combined. Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken and vegetables in the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top of the casserole. In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with the melted butter, then sprinkle this mixture over the cheese layer.
  • Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for approximately 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  • For best results, let the casserole sit for a few minutes after removing it from the oven. This will allow the flavors to meld and make it easier to serve.
