CHICKEN BREAST DINNER RECIPES

Ingredients
  

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish

  • COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
  • In a medium bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed to create a marinade.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.
  • Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat. If using a grill, lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
  • Cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and are golden brown. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the breasts.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute, guaranteeing juicy chicken.
  • Serve garnished with fresh parsley, alongside your choice of sides such as roasted vegetables, rice, or a revitalizing salad.
