  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam or boil until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
  • Once cooled, using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth, squeeze out excess moisture from the cauliflower.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the drained cauliflower, shredded cheese, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Using your hands, form the mixture into bite-sized tots and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  • For extra tips, make sure to thoroughly drain the cauliflower after cooking to avoid soggy tots. You can experiment with different cheeses or add spices to suit your taste.
