  • Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes, until they're tender-crisp.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, tossing everything together to guarantee the chicken and vegetables are well coated.
  • Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles.
